Movie Reviews by Reel People: \'What happens in Vegas\'
Dude, where’s my wife? For two attractive New Yorkers, what happens in Vegas, returns to New York. Mother’s Day is the one special day each year we show appreciation for all that stuff Mom does for us. GM\'s Nuts and Bolts: What\'s so great about community associations?
Have you noticed lately the number of community associations being built around Canyon Lake? Community associations offer one of the best opportunities for Americans to own their own homes. They are for the 21st century what land grants were in the 19th century, and what the New Deal and GI Bill were in the 20th. Why?

ACCording to the ACC: Commercial use of property
Unless expressly exempted by law (e.g. child daycare facilities), commercial use of residential lots within the Association is prohibited. The Association’s enforcement of this prohibition does not extend to the internal uses of homes (e.g. telephone, computer and fax), which have no external manifestation of the internal commercial use.
