ACCording to the ACC: Roof coverings

     Roof coverings should be of tile (clay or cement). All roofing materials must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC); highly reflective colors are discouraged. Please refer to the CC&Rs recorded against your tract for specific details on permitted roofing material. For instance, there are unique roof material provisions applicable to Tract 3961 and Tract 3829.
     Please note that, whenever repairs are being made to your roof, or you are considering replacing your roof, a permit must be applied for and approved by the ACC. Re-roof permits come at no cost to the member..

     During the week of January 12 to 16, 2009, a total of 504 letters were sent with CC&R violations, with a breakdown as follows:
