Whoever said the customer is always right never met Rebecca Bloomwood, played by the petite, yet enormously effervescent Isla Fisher. Letter: Aggravated by ad
I'm just wondering if my tired old eyes deceive me or if the half-page advertisement on page A-11 of last week’s The Friday Flyer is the next “in your face Canyon Lake” statement from our City Councilman Marty Gibson.

Well, I had my very first senior moment this morning when I left my library book on the roof of my car and drove away. Don't park on streets during street sweeping
Members and their guests play a part in ensuring streets are clean by not parking on the street for sweep day between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Moving vehicles off a street scheduled for sweeping allows the sweeper to thoroughly clean the street from curb-to-curb. One parked car equals nearly three car-lengths of space that can’t be swept because the street sweeping equipment must leave room to avoid it.

ACCording to the ACC: Dumpsters and roll-offs
Are you or someone you know moving? Arguably the hardest part of moving is tackling the garage and some of the interior, underused closets.
