Try the new Lighthouse Bar and Grill at the Lodge

     Thursday, September 9 marks a new chapter in the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association history with the re-opening of the Lodge bar, with food service. The Lighthouse Bar and Grill will re-open for the 2010 National Football League season with regular hours on Sunday and Monday as well as special hours for Thursday night NFL games. See the schedule of the first week's games below.
     The new Lighthouse Bar and Grill will offer a full bar, including a selection of beer on tap and a menu consisting of appetizers and gourmet sliders.
     Those who have visited the Lodge lately may have noticed several capital improvements. The facility will re-open with a fresh coat of paint in the interior, draft beer service, new pub-style indoor seating in the bar area and new patio furniture. The facility now is equipped with five high definition televisions and the full Direct TVŽ NFL Sunday Ticket and sports package.
     Residents are invited to support their favorite team, wear a jersey and relax at the Lodge with good friends, great food and football. Celebrate the re-opening of this landmark Canyon Lake amenity. First week specials will include an all-day happy hour food menu and $2 draft beer!

Lighthouse Bar and Grill Menu
     Appetizers
     Southwest Egg Rolls – Filled with chicken, bell peppers, onions, corn and black beans. Served with sour cream and smoky salsa.
     Potato skins – Loaded with melted cheese, crisp bacon, green onions and sour cream.
     Hot Wings – One dozen breaded jumbo wings drenched in buffalo sauce. Served with blue cheese dressing.
     Fried Pickle Spears – Breaded pickle sticks served with ranch dressing.
     Jalapeno Poppers – Breaded jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese. Served with ranch dressing.
     Chicken Tenders – Crisp breaded chicken tenderloins with ranch dressing or barbecue sauce.
     Garlic Parmesan Fries – Fresh garlic and Parmesan cheese.
     Onion Rings – Beer battered and served golden brown.
     Chili Cheese Fries
     French Fries
     Sweet Potato Fries
     Gourmet Sliders
     Three Holten Ranch Angus beef sliders served on grilled rolls with
     choice of French fries or sweet potato fries.
     
     Traditional Sliders – Grilled red onion, American cheese, bread and butter pickles.
     El Diablo Sliders – Grilled red onion, roasted red bell pepper, pepper jack cheese and chipotle aioli.
     Gun Slinger Sliders – Grilled red onion, sweet barbecue sauce, applewood smoked bacon, topped with an onion ring.
     Wraps and Stuff
     Served with choice of French fries or sweet potato fries.
     Chicken Cordon Bleu Wrap – Tender sliced ham, crisp chicken tenders, Swiss cheese, shredded lettuce and ranch dressing.
     Fish and Chips – Tender beer battered halibut filets served with French fries and tartar sauce.
     Chili Cheese Dogs – Three mini hot dogs with chili, shredded cheddar cheese and diced red onion.
