Letter: Football picnic

     On behalf of the Temescal Canyon High School football family, we would like to thank everyone who made our annual “Welcome Family Picnic” a success this last Saturday at Holiday Harbor: John Rodriguez of VIP Party Rentals for his great DJ services and sound system; ABC Bounce Co. for the all the fun water equipment; Albertson’s store directors, Brad Sharp and Paul Rodriguez, for their continued support; Kathie Barnes from the POA, going the extra mile to make sure everything ran smooth; and all the parents and boosters who never seem to tire. 
     We have 175 players that have worked hard all summer to prepare for the upcoming season. It was a pleasure to have all the coaches and families there to enjoy a fun-filled day. Our season opener is at TCHS on September 10 at 7 p.m. against Tahquitz. Come on out and support our Titans. Go Big Blue!
