Friday Night specials
     In addition to the regular menu, tonight's dinner specials are New York Strip and Grilled Salmon, served with house salad and dinner rolls.
     The 8 oz. New York Strip is grilled to order with port wine demi glace, baked potato and seasoned vegetables for $13.95. The Grilled Salmon is served with pineapple mango salsa, rice pilaf and seasoned vegetables for $13.95.
     The Country Club is carrying a new liqueur called Tres Leches, so the Bartender’s Special is a French Vanilla Cream Martini for $4.75. Tonight's entertainment will be provided by Ricky B and the Stingers.

Sunday Brunch
     Champagne Brunch continues to be a popular meal at the Country Club, with reservations recommended by calling 246-1773. Brunch with champagne is $15.95. Brunch without champagne $14.95.
     This week's brunch menu includes:
     Omelet station
     Smoked bacon and sausage links
     French toast and pancakes with maple syrup
     Hand-carved slow roasted prime rib au jus
     Biscuits and country gravy
     Eggs Benedict
     Baked Ziti with Italian sausage
